Reaching out is the first brave step towards creating meaningful change for yourself in your life. I offer a free 15 minute phone call to discuss why you are interested in therapy.
Our initial in-person or virtual session will be 60 minutes and will focus on getting to know each other, identifying goals for therapy, and building an understanding of how to meet those goals. Our weekly sessions are 45 minutes and will be a balance between building coping skills and increasing your understanding of yourself and your history.
Please email to discuss current rates. Payment is due at the end of each session. I accept cash, check, or credit card. I am not affiliated with in-network insurance providers, but upon request I can provide a monthly statement for insurance reimbursement.
I am able to offer a limited number of reduced fee sessions based on financial need. I am happy to discuss this with you during our consultation call.
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged a full fee for a missed session.
